About Terry & Prae
Rural Thailand Lifestyle is not a made-up brand story. It is the home of the life we are building together.
Thailand is part of our family life, our future and the reason I want to create something sustainable that gives us greater freedom and choice.
I am sharing the journey as it happens — including the mistakes, lessons and things I am still learning.
Looking for a Different Future
I spent years looking for ways to build an income online that could fit around work and help us prepare for our future in Thailand.
That search cost me more than £38,000 and hundreds of hours. I tried different approaches, bought education and tools, and learned that there is a very big difference between buying an opportunity and building a real business.
I cannot change what I spent, but I can use what I learned. That is one of the reasons Rural Thailand Lifestyle now exists.

Building Around Real Life
Family & Thailand
The purpose behind the project is our future together and the life we want to continue building in Thailand.
Learning & Sharing
I want to document what I learn honestly so that other people can make their own decisions with more information than I had.
A Sustainable Business
I am connecting useful content, social media, email, affiliate recommendations and Shopify into something that can grow over time.

The Dream Is Bigger Than an Online Income
Making money online is not the final destination. It is one possible way of creating more freedom and helping us build the future we want.
In time, I want Rural Thailand Lifestyle to document more of our life in Thailand and eventually support our plans for a small B&B where visitors can experience something of rural Thailand for themselves.
What This Journey Can Become
I Will Keep It Real
I will share resources that I genuinely use or believe are relevant, and some recommendations may earn me an affiliate commission. I will make that clear when it applies.
I will not tell you that success is guaranteed, that building an income is effortless, or that somebody else’s results will automatically become yours. I would rather build trust slowly than make promises I cannot support.
